At Papa Doc’s, we bring the authentic taste of New York City to your neighborhood. With over 15 years of pizza-making experience, our founder grew up in NYC and honed his craft in the heart of the city’s renowned pizzerias.
Our food truck and catering service offer more than just pizza – we serve up a slice of the Big Apple with every bite. From classic New York-style pies to a variety of Italian dishes, we’re committed to delivering the flavors and quality that make NYC cuisine world-famous.
Our Menu Highlights
Classic NY Pizza
Thin, crispy crust topped with our signature tomato sauce and premium mozzarella. Available by the slice or whole pie.
Garlic Knots
